Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Before work begins: You may cancel at any time for a full refund of any payment made.
  2. Work in progress: If you need to cancel after work has started, you will be billed for the hours already completed at the agreed rate.
  3. Completed work: No refunds are available once the final deliverables have been provided.
  4. Revisions: Minor revisions within the original scope are included. Requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
